SHIPPING POLICY

A copy of The Cows Are Out and Other Tales from a Farm Kid of the 50s will be sent to customers by U.S. Mail. Media Rate Mail will be utilized unless the customer requests otherwise. In this case, the customer should email Richard L. Fluker (hereinafter referred to as RLF) at richardleefluker@gmail.com to discuss the shipping options.

State sales tax, where applicable, is included in the price of the book(s).

If customer has not received the book(s) within seven business days of ordering, please contact RLF at the above email address.

RETURN POLICY

For transactions, all book sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or a credit policy for returns. Replacements are granted only for damaged items.

If customer receives a damaged book through the mail, he/she will first need to call RLF at (903) 935-3475. The customer will be informed where to ship the damaged book, in the same condition in which it was received by the customer.

Please do not ship the damaged book until you’ve received confirmation from RLF. Upon receipt of the damaged book, RLF will mail the customer a replacement book. If a customer is returning a damaged book for replacement, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for any shipping charges to RLF. In turn, RLF will pay for shipping the replacement book to the customer.

PRIVACY POLICY

When you make a book purchase from RLF, the transaction will be handled through PayPal. You may use your PayPal account or you may simply use your credit card without logging onto a PayPal account. RLF will not know which method you have chosen, only that the amount of the purchase has been paid.

To make a purchase using PayPal, click the "Buy Now" button on this web site. Upon clicking the button, you will be momentarily connected to the PayPal web site. Once you complete your transaction at the PayPal site, you will be returned to the RLF web site.

PayPal will provide RLF the customer’s essential contact information, including name, shipping and/or mailing address, phone number, and email address. RLF will not share this information with any third party and will use it only for filling the order and to make necessary contact with the customer.

Likewise, information provided in the Contact form will be used only to contact the customer and will not be shared.

While transacting business on the PayPal web site, the customer will be subject to the Privacy Policy of that company.
